Description
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.1 allows authenticated users to access and manipulate other users' build jobs through improper access control on log retrieval and unauthenticated build endpoints.
Description quoted from the NVD record.
Who is affected
Langflow (also called IBM Langflow OSS) is a tool for building apps that use AI language models. This flaw affects versions 1.0.0 through 1.10.1. The part of the product that shows build logs does not properly check who is allowed to see them, and the parts that build flows do not require a sign-in. As a result, a person with an account on your Langflow could see and change other users' build jobs (the tasks Langflow runs when someone builds a flow). This flaw is rated High.
What to do
- If you or someone in your organization installed and runs Langflow, have that person check which version you are using. Versions 1.0.0 through 1.10.1 are affected.
- No fixed version is named for this flaw yet, so check the vendor advisory linked on this page for a fixed release, and install it as soon as one is available.
- If an IT provider or vendor runs Langflow for your organization, send them this advisory and ask when the update will be done.
