Description
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.11.2 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information due to incomplete scrubbing of sensitive credential fields.
Description quoted from the NVD record.
Who is affected
This flaw affects Langflow (also called IBM Langflow OSS), a tool for building apps that use AI language models. Versions 1.0.0 through 1.11.2 are affected. The product does not fully hide or remove sensitive login details (credentials), so an attacker who can reach it over a network could obtain that sensitive information. Any organization running one of these versions may be exposed. This flaw is rated High.
What to do
- Find out who installed or runs Langflow for your organization: a staff member, a volunteer, or an IT provider or vendor who manages it for you.
- If someone in your organization runs it, have them check which version is installed. Versions 1.0.0 through 1.11.2 have this flaw.
- No fixed version is named for this flaw yet, so check the vendor advisory linked on this page for a fixed release and install it as soon as it is available.
- If an IT provider or vendor runs Langflow for you, send them this advisory and ask when the update will be done.
